SOUTHERN CROSS II is a piece of Australian yachting history. She was built to be a spectator yacht for Australia’s successful America’s Cup campaign and was commissioned at the Newport Yacht Club. In late 2018, she was extensively refitted at Gold Coast City Marina and Shipyard (GCCM) making her as pristine as the day she was launched. Her interior is comfortable and welcoming with three staterooms and four single berths.
This yacht has been fitted with onboard equipment and systems for blue water cruising. She has Naiad fin stabilisers for comfort at sea. her twin 1,399hp Catepillar engines give her plenty of power whilst the bow and stern thrusters give maneuverability.
